We truly operate on a team approach to building a new home, from the design through the warranty. We have worked with many of our subcontractors and suppliers for twenty years, thus assuring consistent quality and service from one house to the next.

Since we work so closely with our customers throughout the project, the personality of the building team is vitally important. Our employees and subcontractors have all been with us for a long time and that allows us to communicate effectively and work together as a cohesive unit so that we all stay on the same page as the project progresses.

Professionalism

Loeck Designs has been a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Home Builders Association of Lincoln and Nebraska State Builders Association since 1984. Dan has served on the Board of Directors in Lincoln for six years. We offer a limited five year warranty on all of our homes. Many of our customers have had us back to finish their basements, an add on to their house and several have had us build them a second house.
