The majority of  our homes are move-up houses for families & empty nesters. We use a vast array of materials both on the  interior and the exterior.

counter tops & wood flooring. We typically do high ceilings, open floor plans with our large window groupings along with Whirlpool tubs and large walk-in showers. All of our homes are built with high efficient heating and cooling equipment, extensive insulation packages, low E argon gas filled windows and attention to passive solar design.
